Whistleblowing Procedure
Cantargia AB is committed to maintaining high standards of ethics, integrity, and regulatory compliance. As part of this, we provide a whistleblowing function that enables people to report suspected misconduct in a work-related context confidentially and, if preferred, anonymously.
Reports can be submitted via the company’s whistleblowing system provided by Trusty.

Who can report
- employees and former employees
- job applicants
- consultants and contractors
- interns and agency workers
- board members and shareholders
- other people performing work for or in relation to the company
What can be reported
The whistleblowing function may be used to report misconduct in a work-related context.
- criminal offences or suspected criminal conduct
- financial misconduct such as bribery or fraud
- serious violations of laws or internal policies
- workplace safety violations
- unlawful discrimination or harassment
- environmental violations
- unlawful or improper processing of personal data
The reporting person does not need proof but must have reasonable grounds to believe the information was true.
Confidentiality and protection
The reporting person’s identity is kept confidential in accordance with applicable law.
Individuals who report misconduct are protected against retaliation. Retaliation means any negative action taken as a result of reporting and is prohibited by law.
Handling of reports
Reports are received and handled by specifically designated authorized people.
Reports are assessed and investigated objectively and confidentially.
Processing of personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and retained only as long as necessary.
External reporting
Misconduct may also be reported to relevant public authorities in accordance with applicable law.
